By enabling third-party integrations within the service, you authorize CopilotGTM to access, process, and store data from those integrations as required to provide the service functionality. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant such authorization.

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of CopilotGTM and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopilotGTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
